I can’t fall asleep once again. Honestly, it’s 1:01 in the
morning, midnight rather. I’ve just read a candy mag (May issue). And I’ve just
read this article,
WHO SAYS YOU CAN’T?” Stop
thinking about your limitations and focus on how things can go your way! Time
to say, “Yes, I
can!”

Subtitles
such as:

Can’t talk to boys?

Can’t finish projects on time?

Can’t make peace?

Can’t focus in class?

Can’t follow your curfew?

Can’t sleep on time

Can’t save money?

I think, they weren’t perhaps applicable to me. Yes, I can
do all the things mentioned above except for one, the one in the 6th
line. And it says:

“Your sleeping habits
are way distorted and you seek the solace of energy-giving drinks to stay
awake.

Yes, you can! Skip the
caffeine. Banish the urge to splurge at a café and catch up on much needed rest
after doing your homework. You get not only beauty benefits but also extra
shopping money when you add up your supposed coffee budget. Be sure to drop
stimulating activities an hour before bedtime. Your body needs to wind down
before snoozing.”

Duh!! But how could I skip caffeine if I’m not drinking that
at all. And since it’s vacation, I don’t have any homework to finish and I
always got enough rest. It won’t also bother my allowance just to buy coffee. As
what I’ve told you, I’m not drinking coffee, okay? But then, referring to the
stimulating activities (yup, TV and YM included), it’s a fact that having a
computer or a TV in your room may actually make falling asleep at night harder.

So what? The suggestions written in italized orange font
were still not effective. Maybe, sleeping pills can do. Lol. Just kidding..
*sigh*
